BLACKPINK’s Rosé earns over ₩11 billion from YouTube, fueled by her global hit APT., cementing her title as “YouTube Queen.”

On August 27, Forbes Korea published its article “K-pop Fandom Conquers YouTube,” unveiling the 2025 Celebrity YouTuber Rankings. According to the report, Rosé has uploaded 86 videos on her channel, which boasts 18.1 million subscribers and an astonishing 3.6 billion total views. Her estimated annual income from the platform reaches around ₩11.06 billion (approx. $8.3 million).

While Rosé has long enjoyed global fame as a BLACKPINK member, her career skyrocketed last year with the release of APT., her collaboration with Bruno Mars. The song became an international phenomenon, setting records as the fastest 2024 K-pop track to surpass 100 million YouTube views and topping both Global and U.S. Spotify charts.

Notably, APT. debuted at No. 8 and peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100—marking the highest-ever ranking for a female K-pop artist. KBS Joy’s 20th Century Hit Song even reported that the track generated ₩13.3 billion in streaming revenue just two weeks after release.

Rosé’s staggering YouTube earnings only further prove her unparalleled influence. Meanwhile, BLACKPINK as a group dominates the platform with 96.8 million subscribers and 38.8 billion views in total, leading all global artists in both categories. Their collective YouTube revenue is estimated at ₩8.12 billion annually.

Currently, BLACKPINK is on their third world tour, Deadline, which will continue across the U.S. and Europe until January next year, reinforcing their status as true global superstars.
