Jiho

Introduction

Gong Jiho, formerly known as Jiho, is a South Korean singer and actress currently signed with P&Studio. She is best known as a former member of the girl group OH MY GIRL, where she debuted on April 21, 2015, with the group’s self-titled mini album, “Oh My Girl.”

During her time with the group, Jiho contributed to various releases and performances that helped OH MY GIRL gain steady recognition in the kpop industry. However, she faced health and anxiety-related challenges starting in 2019, which led to a temporary hiatus in early 2020. She returned to group activities later that year but took another short break in 2021 due to an injury.

On May 9, 2022, WM Entertainment announced Jiho’s departure from both the agency and OH MY GIRL following the expiration of her exclusive contract. She chose not to renew and instead transitioned to a new phase of her career. On August 10, 2022, P&Studio confirmed that Jiho had signed with them as an actress and would continue her career under the name Gong Jiho.
