According to a report published by Hankyung.com on December 26, 2025, MADEIN’s Korean members Suhye and Yeseo are currently in the final stages of discussions with their agency regarding their departure from the group. If finalized, this would mark a significant shift in the group’s structure and future direction.
MADEIN debuted in September of last year after former LIMELIGHT members joined forces with Kep1er’s Mashiro and Yeseo. However, the group soon became embroiled in controversy when one member accused Lee, the CEO of 143 Entertainment, of forced molestation. That member later withdrew from the group, after which MADEIN was reorganized into a six-member lineup.

At the time, CEO Lee publicly disputed the allegations. During the controversy, a handwritten statement surfaced in which he appeared to apologize for sexual assault, though his legal representatives later denied the claims, asserting that the contents of the statement did not align with the actual facts.
MADEIN’s most recent full-group release was the album MADEIN FOREVER in February. In May, Suhye halted her activities, further reducing the likelihood of a complete group comeback. Reports have also indicated that the company overseeing MADEIN’s Japanese operations plans to formally raise concerns related to potential contract violations.

As of now, MADEIN is only promoting through a sub-unit called MADEIN S, which consists exclusively of Japanese members Mashiro, Miyu, Serina, and Nagomi. With the possible exit of Suhye and Yeseo, the group’s future appears increasingly uncertain, signaling another major restructuring for the young fifth-generation act.
