IVE Wonyoung and aespa Karina‘s recent collaboration has sparked major criticism.
Recently, Karina and Wonyoung sparked major reactions for their joint appearance in a video, where they were joined by actor Byeon Woo Seok.
Yet, while most fans were excited, they became angry and disappointed when they realized it was for Google Gemini. Gemini uses AI, and fans were furious because it was AI that sparked issues with “deepfakes,” where Wonyoung and Karina were two of the biggest victims of malicious and sexualized content.
Yet, others also sparked concerns about the way the two women were portrayed in the advert while playing nuns.
