TWICE’s Momo has reportedly purchased a luxury villa in one of Korea’s most posh neighborhoods.
According to real estate registration data revealed by Korean media outlets on October 31, KST, the TWICE member has become a homeowner in Achiu Village, Guri City, located just outside of Seoul. She signed the purchase contract on October 23, KST, for a unit in the “Arcadia Signature” complex and paid the ₩4.27 billion KRW (about $2.99 million USD) price entirely in cash.
Arcadia Signature is a high-end complex consisting of eight residences, including two penthouses and six standard villas. Completed in 2023, the place is highly valued for its security and privacy, and has become a much-preferred address for A-list celebrities such as Han So Hee, Nana, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, Park Jin Young, and Oh Yeon Seo, among others.
The unit purchased by Momo reportedly consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study, a private garden, scenic views of the Han River, and Achasan Mountain. As a resident of this exclusive complex, she will also have access to a private fitness center and a shared lounge space. Arcadia Signature is highly coveted for another reason, which is its exclusive entry system that allows residents to move in and out of the complex without any public exposure.
Meanwhile, TWICE are currently on the part 1 leg of their This Is For world tour, which began in Korea on July 19, and consists of dates in Asia and Oceania. Their recent performance in Malaysia has sparked some heated online discourse.
